Good day members of DK

I have a Citroen C2, 1,4 petrol in my shop belonging to a friend. Vehicle cranks but does not start. Scanned vehicle for fault codes.

Engine: P1612 (scanner says please ignore and erase)

BSI: says no fault codes but when I go into live data --Data Groups-- Immo---ECM Locked comes up.
Key 1 to 5 not synchronised
No Transponder Marker Recognised
BSI--Matched
BSI--unlocked NO
BSI software siemens version 40.00

ECU: S2000PM1
Part: 9642222380
Protocol ID: 0x6000
Protocol: E_KW2000

Guys this vehicle has got me puzzled as I only work on german vehicles and have no idea of the set-up on these french vehicles so can any members give me any idea of what problem I am looking at and how would I resolve this problem?

Many thanks in advance

is there transponder in the key? why don't you try to make immo off in ECU?

Yes mate there is a transponder chip in the key. I have no idea how to do immo off in these french vehicles as I only work on german vehicles and this vehicle is only in my shop as it belongs to a friend. Any advice?

if you have pin try to releran keys with lexia or other capable equipment to do that, or post BSI dump to read pin from it...

check live data BSI if are keys stored. Both pin stored in (BSI,Engine ecu) must be same.
Possible make off but need special emulator. and need know pin from engine ecu
