Skybox f5s for beginners

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone could help me with the setup of my skybox f5s which I recently had from a friend as a gift. It is brand new and can only watch normal channels.
Just wondering if there is anything I have to do to get the scrambled channels on this box.

I am new to this box and would like to know the basic process please. Somebody help me.
