How to Read MC68HCP11E1VFN

i want to make immo OFF for this car Renault Clio 1

Inside is a:
MC68HCP11E1VFN


I tryed to read with ultra prog and have lift just PIN 2. But Reading not work.

How reading work? i used the same COnnection like MC68HC11E9

If you take out of the board dont forget to put a oscillator in the mcu and read and write like mc68hc11e9
