Hi all
I'm looking for a satellite receiver that supports Enigma2 Linux OS firmware with cardsharing. I currently have a skybox f5s which is great but i need something that my wife can use a bit like sly with an easy EPG, recording, series link & on-demand

please could someone point me in the right direction from the cheapest sat box to the expensive option, it doesn't need to be a twin tuner but i would like to use Vix Team, blackhole OpenPI and other good images and most plug-ins

also
what are the pro's & cons with clone boxes like dreambox, Vu+ and others

And is there a list of sat boxes which support Enigma2 Linux OS

thx for you time

You need to read the Forum Rules about the Card Sharing bit: http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/f5/forum-rules-2/#post2: Discussions about cardsharing are not allowed, including, but not limited to, cccam, gbox, mbox, etc.

Do not buy a clone. They are not worth the hassle. Get a Vu+solo2 original from either world of satellite or goldwafers and you'll know it's original. They both put the firmware on for you at ?10 so well worth it if you just want it up and running as soon as you get it.

Any recommendations for a newbie to get a taste of satellite streams. I wanna get a box simple enough to get started and get HD Channels for my football Fix and movies. I'm in Singapore and we're not allowed to fix a dish. What is needed?

how are you going to get satellite streams without a satellite dish, you might be better of with a ip boxes if you are not allowed to have a dish
