Does anybody have virgine dump for peugeot 407 bsi with 95256 eeprom ?

I tried all FF FF and tried to put eeprom dump from old to new used one BSI and in both cases there is no Ignition on key position 2.
Please help.

J239 is corect , i will read new (used ) bsi and post here , but with this old bsi car starts , and when put eeprom to new bsi no ignition +15.

This is file from new bsi , can you make this file virgine 100% so I can program key and etc.?
