Piasini Flash Swaping problem

Hey Guys

I have read the ECU flash via piasini and when i try to write the flash data to the other ECU, it goes like 5 percent and stops saying ''timeout ecu'', and after that i have
program that same file to the same ecu from the data has been readed before it program fine.

it write's the data only if the data is same or read from that particular ecu.

can any one help me on this.

I don't have piasini but have had a similar problem with xprog and it was because I hadn't erased the ecu first.. not sure if this could be your problem because never used piasini software...
