i have dropped your dump into the dump too; it says wrong dump
if i were you i would read the clocks its much easier

fluorescent - Try read the IMMO memory again as 8bit or 16bit according to what setting you used the last time.

Oopsss... now I noticed - why do you expect to find PIN code from the DASH board dump? You need to read the IMMO eeprom - not the dashboard...
