Just need someone input. I think chrysler automobile are getting a software update that changes the challenge code and will make all Chinese tools not work and currently the original tool will not work neither. I have been running across this in many chrysler you extract pin code and when you go to program during the challenge code input it fails... Do this three times and you will have to wait an hour with ignition on.. Pin code Is correct I know this because I have gained security access..

Tried extracting pin code using pro with no luck.. Ended up using hot wire to get code. Retrieved code no problem went to program key it gained security access went to challenge code by pass and failed. Did this twice with hot wire and twice with pro the forth time pro came back with wrong code input leave key on for hour..

Could it have been a left over 07? That is Pacifica system and can't pull pin code on that system.

I believe this is a software issue with AD tools. They are aware of this glitch that locks the immobiliser. They recommend that you "select Chrysler system not vehicle, select V1 then FOBIK CAN and either A or B depending on the vehicle your working on"

Its ADs waiting for incode from U messing up what the skim/pcm is looking for. Type it in faster or but a silca clone.
