I bought the batch of adapters carsung, work with ecu bosch edc16c34 and burn the ecu, then take measurements and are all bad, I ask liability to the seller carsung and no charge is made, I understand that this happens to me to work with shit china, but I think as a seller should respond after 7 days no signs of life, I understand they do not want to know anything, I will do everything possible not to sell anything, are some scammers.

Those adapters are made wrong and kill many ecu because connections are inverted.

When buy this kind of tool must check connections and if it?s the right adapter to your interface, i?m not defenser of chinese seler but maybe the fault it?s another.

I use these adapters from carsung and never damaged any ecu,s are you using convertor (over going adapter) ?? i have used them with k-tag/fgtech no problems..

Thanks kev

FG tech and genuine BDM100 have one set of connections, the clone "BDM100" is reversed and actually CMD 1255 clone.

I've used it many times and had no problem working well

I have checked the adapters and are wrong, the lines of reading and writing do not match the bdm100, ktag and FGTech machines.

Im ok with Chinese adapters also,
you sure you haven't missed something ?
i checked voltage on pin, and continuity etc, soldered pins carefully,
i would say "user error"
if you fried a ecu, replace it and learn for next time,,,
post a photo, dont see how mass produced adapters can be wrong,

I think user error , tell me what ecu you fried ?? also what tool you used ??

Thanks kev

Post a good photo and maybe someone teach you how use it. This tools must have the inscription "for professionals use only" :)

The bosch BDM adapter supplied with my china BDM frame is also 1-1 2-2 3-3 ...

That only means that for using with FGTECH you need use first fgtech included adapter and link it to this one.

I'll repeat it and I hope you understand, I made measurements and lines contiunidad bdm mismatched carsung.net adapters are bad, the 12v line does not go where it should go, for example

Do you have a camera? or a smartphone? just take a picture and post, unless you do it this no one believes carsung produce a bad adapter just to you.

I'll post pictures tonight, anyway I just want to inform you, as I have tested and compared with other adapters I have, for example bosch optican, and does not match any line, also compare with siemens and delphy, nor matches , after that also tell you that trying to read a bosch ecu unit was burned, I'm a person who makes about 4 or 5 bdm's weekly, I mean that I know what you mean.

That's what I'll do, thanks for the advice, I seemed very good adapters, and finishes are good but do not work.

think there termed as BDM 2. 3 adapters, i never personally tried them,
when you posted originally thought u meant the individual adapters, which work faultlessly

These probes are fine. They are for GENUINE EVC BDM100. If you use with the clone tool without adapter, then yes - you will fry ECU. Clone BDM100 is CMD pinout, which outputs 12V from the connector. The genuine EVC does not output any power from the tool, it needs a connector power supply to the actual probe. If you use a tool which outputs 12V on one of the pins, you will kill ECU.

Confirmed!!! Same like my self, unfortunatelly :( I have burned edc16c34 too!!! So, guys, be very carefully!! from that moment, I do not use adapters any more!! Just direct wires connection. I have v51 clone, too.

= user error, have to admit didnt know this myself, always used individual adaptors, good info J_amb_o:top:

Why do you not test before? If the pinot are wrong buy 10pin flat cable, cut it and do the correct connection, and then you have your adapters working. If you don't like pay for good adapters it can be a good and cheap solution. If you need +12v go to scrap cut ecu connectors and add power supply to connectors. For cheap tools we need modify some things in most of tools.

Sorry to open this post, carsung adapters are good, I thought they were Alientech type cmd, and type are bdm100 FGTech Original works perfectly with v54 FGTech thanks to colleagues who have told us, the site does not specify carsung 100% and it's hard, just say it works well with and that galletto clone bdm ktag must put overgoing, and I noticed it here in the forum, on the web are not explained well
