nissan pathfinder 1998 key problem

I have a nissan pathfinder 1998 nats 5 type A with all key lost, I cannot program two keys, when I program one, all is ok, but when I programm the second one, the firs one does not work, with t300 I do not have choice to erase keys.

How can I program 2 keys?
Can I erase all keys?

These steps may help you:
-after program the first key switch ignition off.
- insert the new key and ignition on for 5second, then remove it.
-now insert the first key and ignition on for 5 second then remove it.
