I have a second hand BSI unit because there is a fault with the RH indicator lights in the original one fitted.
My question is the fault in the program or the BSI hardware? Can I
program the second hand BSI to start the car with the old original program from the faulty unit ?Please help

Wrong section my friend...
The problem is mostly in the hardware... yes, you can change "body" and you must flash it with software from original 'body" (eeprom part).
But i think the problem is bad contacts, or defect driver...
What you see with diag. scaner? Is there command from stalk? If you actuate the indicator lights with the scaner, they work?
Cheers!
