W203 problem

Tried to read ezs with r270 mask 3k91d and it read all FF.. Put back in car key wont turn... What to do please?
My ezs number is 209 545 05 08...

So i cleaned everything and tried again this is what i read...
I noticed part of flash is erased and i found hoere on dk other flash with same number and wrote it put all back in car still nothing...

The problem is in the flash.What is the number of EZS?

Found flash on dk wrote it with r270 says ok and back in car no reaction....
