Immo Off for VW Polo ME7.5.1

Hey guys I need help with this 2006 Polo 1.4 (BLM) (South African Assembled)...The owner lost the key, and when I try program it the immo light stops flashing and remains on constantly. I have decided maybe the best option is to do an Imm Off. May some one please assist me with it?
