How to update the speedcameras attachments

can u assist pls

i am able to supply speed cameras for tomtoms sat nav/i can update every week.
my problem is i dont want to have to make a new post in the satellite navigation section everytime i want to post the new cameras.
but using the edit post function it dont let me update the attached file to newest.so is there anyway every week i can just update my post by attaching new file and either deleting or overwriting previous old attachment

please advise as i want to keep supplying weekly new attachments without making new post
