Passat 3C0920871T mileage change

Is it possible to change mileage on Passats 2009, 3C0920871T NEC Dashboard. I have EEPROM dump readed with clips on 24lc32 chip.
If it is possible I could send eeprom dump.

I think that is needed nec plus 24c together
