2014 FORD FUSION MODULE DS71-14B321-AF

I TRIED TO DIAGNOSE AIRBAG MODULE 2014 DS71 14B321 AF custumer went to install SOUND , after that light on, he came to the shop I CAN NOT DIAGNOSE AIRBAG I HAVE 2013 FORD SOFTWARE IN 2 SCAN TOOLS ,SAYS NO COMUNICATION , IS A PLASTIC BOX , i can see module from top , SCAN NOT COMMUNICATE EVEN TRYING OTHER MODEL, LIKE ESCAPE OR FOCUS, does anybody know what memory inside this module or just FORD CHANGE PROTOCOL ID, thanks :blue:

need to use idsll after 2013 on some models

Only IDS with newest s/w. I had similar prob with 14 escape - IDS did it

got it thanks... i checked all components one by one,, one seat belt was not plug it ok... just plug it light turn off itself,,,
