i want to know what the deference between the content of the flash and the content of the eeprom ???

download and read this.
you can use TL866 as serial Eeprom reader.
29f200 29f400 have both eeprom and flash area.
you must read, save , edit, modify , erase chip and rewrite modified content.

i always thought that the eeprom has the immo code

why they use the flash if the eerprom and the flash have the same information and why sometimes we immo off the flash and not the eeprom .

mostly the immo is stroed in eeprom.and other data such as mileage.because they change.Eeprom has the ability to change a single byte wihout erase before change.So this is an advantage.Some flash memories have some of eepom's characteristics.That's why they are used to store everything.

When we talk eeeprom it's not only refering to 24Cxx or 93Cxx. Keep in mind that eeprom is ' emulated' in flash-eeprom chip.
We read chip but modification is made in eeprom area only
