toyota smart ecu vergin dump

hi to all i have a problem whit toyota rav4 year 2010
the car wont start, doesn't even search for the key
so i need a vergin dump for the ecu smart key to make the ignition on to scan the vehicule or key learning if it's necessairy

any help well be greatlu welcomed

some of gulf model never ignation on even smart box id code virgin espicelly landcruser can not ignation on virgin or reset
