KEFICO BIFUEL CHIP

I have a ecu Kefico 9030930077F a hyundai Accent 2000, when I open find a bifuel chip like the picture ... is a 29F800 and the file is encrypted, so I need an 29F400 original file or immo off solution...

with ottocheck the car starts but fails

really appreciate if someone has a solution ...

it is possible that the ecu not have serial eeprom? only 29f400?

ok, seems to be that this car don't have immo.... don't have coil to read key and don't have immo box.... so only I need original file

the cuestion is, if the ecu is before 2000 don't have immo and have MAF, if the ecu is after 2000 have immo and have MAP, the ottcheck solution is for ecu after 2000 with immo and MAP if put this file in ecu before 2000 the car start but not work fine, because not sense mass air flow into the intake

Engine type is G4EK (with MAF sensor) is '99 model.
if don't have immo box (under and right from the steering wheel)
then the car is without immo.
i can't find dump from exactly same Nr.
what's gone wrong with car ?

is accelerated at 2000rpm - 3000rpm,when accelerated the engine work on three cylinder and fails...
