Toyota "H" key can anyone read the logic?

Is there any cloner out there that can wake up the logic on toyota "H" ?
trying to produce the logic as there no option than "stealers" only. Toyota list of transponder here in the USA. (4C,4D67,68,4D70"G" 80bit,mitsubishi 80bit also "G" on the blade but will not interchange) Gwee have you deal with these yet?
