Orientation of EEPROM 93C56A in Toyota Yaris immo box

i told myself : for sure i will never forgt orientation of eeprom...
just after 20 seconds i forget it.... my memory is in trash.....
can you help me?

Ok next time,one advice,find ground on car,find ground pin on immobox,then find ground on chip legs,when you find ground that is eeprom's 5th leg.No more hassle about orientation,except for rotated pins,then you check datasheet,and find ground also.

Right.I worked with the same immobox. Pin 1 is the left botom in your pict.
ground trick is the easiest way. Take care about rotated pins mainly in car radio.

just find any other ic on pcb,find its pinout from datasheet in the internet and then with a multimeter check which pin is linked with the "known" gnd/Vss pin.
