EWA 012012 installation help

Hi I amn trying to install EWA EPC WIS 012012 on my Windows 7 64. The problem is that I have installed it and it is saying that due to Startkey the DB for both EPC and WIS are not installed.

Could anyone point me in the correct direction for a Startkey or Keygen

Any help is greatly appreciated
