This is not a MS43 maybe a MS41
USE GT1 to sync the EWS and ECU.
None of the software that I have will recognize the ECU dump to read the ISN.

yes the ecu dump isnt correct because i have same problem in flash adapter
can i read it on bench with galletto1260 OR KWP2000 + IF U HAVE PIN OUT CAN U SENT IT TO ME

If it is a EWS2 you should beable to program the ISN by GT1
I did one E36 1996 few days ago.
Just do DME-EWS alighment

-fan switch/thermo switch.
