Help immo off audi A3 1.9 TDI

Hi all i have one car Audi A3 1.9 TDI EDC15 with immo problem i need to remove it .
This is the ori file
254283 - 24c02 eeprom ori file
I try with Immo Decoding , with Immo killer but NO WORK .
Please i need solution or i need to made some other thing - emulator or ??

you must of read it under 24c02 (256) ..24c04 is 512

is that dump reading direct on board ?
remove it from pcb for read & write e2p m8.

Sorry for that it's my bad the eeprom is 24c02 (256 bytes) i make the mistake - i read it under 24c02 and this is the ori file from the eeprom - with it the car start sometime - with fixed file from Immo decoding start again but from 10 times - 2 times don't start blocked by immo , and with immo killer - the same .
I didn't read it on the pcb - I remove it and read it on programmer .
The ECU is edc15 from 1997 year.

i try with new eeprom after removing and reading the old one 24c02 - the read is fine and is ok , but car doesn't start every time with ori file on new eeprom is the same . With modi files from immo decoding and immo killer the situation is almost the same the immo is still there - whit NEW eeprom 24c02 .
I use new eeprom and try to remove it but it still here . The file ORI file is ok and is not touched , and i upload the two files maded by immo decoding and immo killer but not work fine .
If someone can remove it forever it will be perfect.
i try edc15calc but show me size wrong i don't why the file is 256 bytes it 24c02 ?

I use orange 5 programmer to read/write the eeprom 24c02 removed from the pcb :)
