R4 Help

Help any one, I have bought my daughter the R4 SDHC card hoping that it would be as simple as down loading a file and off it went. Well either I am doing it wrong but it obviously aint that simple!!

Can any on guide me pleaseeeeeeeee?

Make sure you have the right software on it for your make of card , get all the latest software here
linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/ , make sure u have ur sdcard in the right way. and then just drag ur .nds files over to the memory card .
