BMW 320D E46 EEPROM ERROR

I have BMW E46 320D year 2000 ecu DDE3 Bosch 0281001445 immo EWS3 car is start but not fine.
In DDE is a code 42 DDE control module (EEPROM and configuration).
I tried to virgin the 24c04 but I have not found any program that supports this ecu

your fault sound to be the ecu soft configuration that's wrong,i never see this fault in bmw.
but in ML270 cdi,I repaired it throught obd with launch.

what does it mean "car is start but not fine" ? Does it run or not?
When the car starts there?s not need to make it virgin.

Hi friend this fault is the calibration of injector and mapping for the pump you need to do a basic setting tested

I changed the pump the Car has more power with old pump but the problem from 1000-1800 RPM persist and only error is EEPROM

Hi, my problem is the same: power comes and dissapears ( (code - 42) DDE: eeprom and configuration) is the problem in bad pump injection corner?
Other thing, after driving 2000PRM and +, vhen releasing in iddle, engine is is knocking at 900RPM and slowly turns to normal iddle.

You can resolve dde eepro error with DIS. Go to service function and choose "program all adjustements" and voila :)

Hello, I have a BMW E46 to which the vp44 injection pump has changed, the car replacement starts very hard cold and I have error 42 dde3 eeprom ...
The advance is -1.5 with the warm engine.
The hot car starts up well.
I did the recalibration of the pump with the Delphi interface.
Is the problem at the injection pump?
