ECU came flashed with 9655399160 and does not match the ecu sticker, so looking for this original.

Car right now does not rev past 3000rpm.

Seems this ecu is from scrappyyard, just match HW number, but sw number.

Looking for sw 9660374680 to see if the car starts to run well again.

Nope. long time ago since this issue, car finally went to dealer and had no more news about it.
