Golf VR6 0261 203 968/969 immo off - help needed

Hi Guys - I have a 1995 Golf MK3 VR6 with all keys lost - I need to immo off the Engine ECU.

ECU: Bosch 0261 203 968/969

I have read 24C02 from ECU and tried to remove with immo dec but no luck.

I have attached dump, can someone help with 100% working solution

I have already tried immodec 3 (V1 and V2 files) - with immobox disconnected and also with it connected, the car is still immo'd - I have done a 1996 VR6 (same engine code AAA) before and Imodec3 worked perfectly. Anyone have a working solution for this ECU pleaseeeee :) Thanks

here is the immobox HC05 dump - I have found pincode (1640) and programmed key but still will not start (keys programmed successfully) - engine starts for few seconds and then cuts out (like immo)

if you program key by dump some time not work
enter pin by OBD and adapt key it should work

will need special tools to read the immo box that he might not have ,I would also make a transponer from the immo but here is the immo off if you want

Hi Audivwauto, thanks for your reply.

If you check my previous post - I have already read HC05 from immobox (and attached file) - I have found pincode and also programmed key via dump (other locksmith has made transponder via OBD2, the bytes in transponder are same as mine)

I have also tried immodec3 solutions which have worked for me in the past.

Now this makes me think maybe factory immo is NOT the problem???

I will go to the car later to make some tests and also check dtc's - maybe it is aftermarket alarm/immo problem (not removed correctly)

cool let me know whats up ,what flash does it have ? our vr6 golfs in year 95 ,96 never had serial eproms for immo only in year 98 and 99

Problem was with aftermarket alarm/immo - car now starts with the key I programmed from immobox
