edc16c39 error tables

hi

im trying to learn manual dtc remove on edc16c39 . i have modded a zafira 1.9cdti for the following

1 . egr dtc delete p0400
2 . swirl dtc delete p0660 and p2075
3 . throttle body dtc delete p1125 and p0638

i have attached original and mod

am i close / right or way off

your DTC is not remuve ok,only P0400 and P0660 is ok or you use another strategy to remuve this DTC

Hi I done the 5 dtcs same way can you help me with how I went wrong or point me in right direction
