Audi A6 4F remote fobs - how to keep remote function ??

Hi
These A6's fobs contain the ID8E chip.

I can't code the 2 Dealer keys supplied so assume they've changed the CS bytes ?

Can i replace the chips in these new fobs with glass ID8E ones ????
But what will happen to the remote functions. Isn't this coded same time as key.

1) Friend,what is the problem exactly? stop the original remote 2 keys? or what? what u trying to do?
2) sure when you just put 8E TRANSPONDER SOKYMAT the car can start after program but remote function can't work. let us know full your info about this car u wont to do.

Due to theft car has change of locks and 3 new keys from audi. AVDI reprogramming existing key worked but it's these new keys which don't.

Would Audi had changed the CS bytes for the key ?? Tried to reprogram the CS using AVDI but reported locked.
Guy claims they were ordered to vin for car.

Yes new cs is in keys change transponders.

So ... how to have remote function on fob ?? Don't think there is a way - Need a new fob :(

your new keys are precoded with differente CS bytes so it means that you have 2Used keys wich want to program to your car . As i know if you change the transponder you can only program the transponder and the remte will not work.

Hmm good question m8, haven't tested yet, i unlocked the old keys with kessy dump and programmed it again to other new kessy, if remote is working i don't know sry.
