Hi eeprom doesnt help ecu is broken. I have replaced it with another one and it works. I also copy eeprom and flash from old ecu and it is working also.

Anybody know how to repair this ecu??

check solderings of ecu and search in pinot were is accelerator pedal connected then check elements on the board to see were signals going and also where is supply for acceleratot pedal and do you have supply

i have checked soldering and pinouts aregoing straight to one driver and siemens processor but i dont see any problem.... I put new ecu to the car and also copy old eeprom and flash to it and it works, so eeprom and flash arent problem.

Now cars work for few days and yesterday client call me that problem is again!!!

Anybody can help me to repair it?? Someone told me that when you flash ecu with vas it also program siemens processor is it true?? I dont want to buy another ecu. Also why is this hapening?? wiring is 100% OK.

Ne need to program processor all software is on flash , check if you have connectors between ecu and pedal , sometimes they do the problem

First i check wiring 100% OK then i checked throttle sensor on another car work OK. So i install another ecu and audi works. I also put old software (eeprom + flash) from old ecu to new ecu and all works OK. After 2 days problem is again... Again everything looks ok and i supose that new ecu is damaged now.

Car is DBW, i have ordered used ecu, throttle body and acceleration pedal. Then i check wiring again and install it. I read about same problem and author of the post told that lambda makes this issue...???

In fact i have one customer 2 years ago with audi a3 1.8t that someone has repair exaust and may be short-circuited the wirings of lambda and i have the same problems : car starts but no accelerator and the problem was ecu but when i change it no problems anymore
