Volvo C70

Hi, i have a 2006 Volvo C70 with an alarm problem. unless i deactivate the internal sensor when i switch the engine off, sometime later the alarms goes off. i am lead to believe it is the siren so i have bought one from a used parts company. i was also told it was under the drivers side front wheel arch, but after removing the wheel and plastic shroud, it is not there.
does anyone know where else it might be and how to replace it?

Under Drainage channel windscreen (cover windscreen wiper motor) in LHD car on the right side(in the RHD i do not know) . If is good should work even without erase fault code after replace.
