If you cant Find them online you could buy ecu from yunkyard.

As i Remember good, you can Find this CPU in old Renault ecu (Fenix 3).
These where fitted in megane 95/96 the 8v engines.

I have Motorolla MC68HCP11 52 pin much on New Holland tractor , I removed MCU , read it with XProg programmed it reflect but when I put it back on the board nothing is working , I tink it might have been the excessive heat that's corrupt the MCU , I can re write the data back on to a blank MCU , I am told this MCU has also flash data in it , the problem I have is that I can't see an option to read the flash data with Xprog , can anybody help me with this problem , replacement dash for New Holland is 600euros ������

Are u Sure soldering is good?
What mask is you mcu?

You can read this mcu with upa in circuit, your mcu might have sec bytes and can delete flash if sec bytes is not set propperly.

Soldering is perfect , I checked it 5 times , the mask is 4E28B , what I read was perfect as it corresponded with the tractor hours , is it possible to make a back up of the Flash data with Xprog
