Program MOTOROLA 68HC 05 read HELP Meee !!

Hello friends. Im need read 68HC 05 mask 1K20C with UPA pogrammers,but not read,and errors. What is correctly adapter,and setting for these chip?? And conections with CARPROG ?? Chip is out PCB board. Help me ..THAKS !!!

Desolder motorola and everything will work fine.

You not need desolder, just lift PINS 18,19 AND 50 READ AS 05B32 with UPA.

1K20C is MC68HC705B32 and NOT MC68HC05B32. Wrong selection will never work (unless the connection is reconfigured) and causes more confusion! If the UPA menu does not exist selection of 705B16 is possible.
