I see message programing failed, not wrong security code... try to enter code in other module...

Marry radio with code 9499 to CID. After that unregister radio again. Both will be unregistered then.

I think your CD30 is not unregistered proper, write back original dump and try to unregister yourself using op-com or tech2 and CD30 pin code 2115, then marry it to CID...
...did you try pin code 9949 in other units?

Here are the facts:

CID code 9949 is 100% correct.
CD30 unregistered dump from nelutzul40 (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/members/288664-nelutzul40/) is NOT unregistered!

Matched set only can be unregistered via OpCom/Tech2!!!
If CID and radio have different code, it will fail.
