Please help tuned my car, egr and swirl flap off, and more power (about 190hp).

You don't need to modify the map for swirl flap removal.

I thought you just fit the blank plugs from fleabay

Yep that's what I have done anytime I have removed flaps and no problems.

Hi.

I can confirm, if you are removing swirl flaps no remaping is needed... take a look:
BMW diesel engine "SWIRL FLAPS" all you ever ever need to know about Swirl flaps! (http://www.bmwforums.info/guides-how-tos/993-bmw-diesel-engine-swirl-flaps-to-swirl-flaps.html)

Egr on the other hand is another story. Hysteresis must be changed (zeroed?) anyway I don't have tested solution for this one...
