Hi. Can someone unlock (immo off/modify) for me SAAB Clarion PU-2147B ?

Inside was 93C56 eeprom.257723

this radio is vin coded to the car.

So, if I edit dump with VIN from new car, will it work ? Or can someone do that for me ?

Don't work. Says RADIO LOCKED.

Also, I've make a mistake in VIN number at first letter, it's YS3EB45L943015250
but first letter is not that important or ?
