Need guide to build a new image

As any body got a guild that shows you how to build your own image for a dbox?
As i have tried all the images available and done as much as i can to my knowledge with these images.................
Is there any special program that i need?

If there is a tutorial out there about buildin ur own image could somebody plz post it as its something i would also like to learn.
