Car don't start after discharge the battery . ECU MEG is fault P0513 Immo problem in SAM. In SAM B1726 and B1731.
Code GIDI-XAL8-F9VM is not good.

I have almost the same problem. Car starts only when it is cold outside. When I leave the car outside in the sun and gets hot is not starting and gives P0513.
It is VERY interesting....
