Hi i have a renault scenic 1.5 dci 80 which has always had a little vibration but now developed a bad vibration that can either be there one minute and the next its gone, if on motorway at constant speed the vibration will stay constant and even when at idle sometimes it can be same vibration. It got that bad the other week i put it down to snapping top engine mount bolt as of the resonance of it! It can get that bad that its like a sub bass,(also it is like a dual mass issue), but this car dont have dual mass it has a flexible flywheel, cars had recon injectors(had recon injectors as was a non starter),gearbox, clutch but didnt change flywheel as you cant get it to move that much and its been run up on a lathe and its straight! Any help is appreciated.
So would like to know thoughts on front crank pulley? Injector issues? Or is it this flywheel, but it dont explain why somtimes on idle its sweet, then its totally bad.
Help needed
Engine is quiet and doesnt miss, no knocks etc... but soon recon its gonna cause an issue! even though it feels alot more on the body of the car, but can feel it through the engine if you place hand on engine
many thanks flyins
p.s all engine mounts been replaced!

drivers top mount new! Thats the one that the big single bolt sheered through! i put second hand gearbox mount that bolts under battery tray, only used second hand one as orig looked good, and put new one from bottom of box to subframe!

RETARD MOMENT:-
Put the front tires on the back and back on the front and/or spare

When the injectors were replaced was they recoded to the ecu? also there was a software update for the injection programe that reprogram disc 105 should update for you. But do check the crank pulley as iv had a few separate. Any questions just ask I worked at Renault for 6 years now run my own garage.

Thank you friend for reply i did code injectors! i shall look at reprog disc 105 and see! Ive not had time today to check crank pulley but i will check, also i had quick look today and engine mount does look low in its holder even though its new! I put a screw driver in the old one today and yes it had fluid in it like people have been telling me there filled with fluid. I am going to check crank pulley and engine mounts again, car runs mint one minute and the next it vibes like mad, and its not misfire, i can live with it until i get ten mins spare but it does my head in lol
Many thanks

Run it up with alternator belt removed, it may help to narrow it down!
