Should be in key learn state with this file.

Hello,
Two weeks ago first transponder died.Registered second key.
Used second key-now the second transponder is dead.
Carprog see only 00 00 00 00...Also ECU can't see transponder and security light flash after ignition is on.
What is wrong with this system?
