newbie needs help

just got openbox v5s plugged in and setup but the box keeps turning itself off then getting stuck when reloading and freezes any help please

will i need the latest firmware and if so shall i use clone safe because do not know weather its a clone or not

There are ways of finding out if u have clone box .. Read other forum posts .. But does sound like u need new software ..

download the latest f5s firmware from here ************

when your going to download the image to your box, if it says mismatch then u have a close..
