Hello ! I haven't truck here.. Speedometer arrive from far away i try to power up "with 12v power supply (maybe need 24v ??) " no result only black . Problem is what he say's to me speedometer & center lcd is not working & every thing works fine . I know it is not possible to see only some pictures but maybe it is common problem !

I know nothing about these per say but in your first picture you can clearly see " 24V " so maybe start by powering with 24 volts would help to start.

Just put 2 car batteries in series and you'll have the 24V

By the way i have one more cluster W210 1996 with unique problem it works perfect if car is off for 10 hours then after 15 minute all gauges "only gauges (needles)" dead ?? every display "LCD's" work good also mileage counting good .. any idea !! :)
