Peugeot edc15c2 1 plug immo off

Hi i need to immo off a edc15c2 peugeot 206 hdi 2.0L hw 0281010250
i try several files found on old thread, immodec 3.2, never start
it start only if i remove e2p from board, but engine rpm on dash don't work.
any solution?
