Hilux 30d4d Transplant

Here's the thing. I'm busy with project which include transplanting a 30d4d engine. I bought a good just about new 1kd-ftv engine with the complete harness, which include the original toyota key,ECU key amplifier & transponder. I,m electrically minded (qualified electrician) I've figured out and removed all the unnecessary wires not needed. I've powered up the following circuits Transponder ECU, Glow,Main,EDU, Starter relays & Engine ECU. When connecting the circuit to the battery the red Security Indicator Led flashes with the key not in the ignition. When I insert the ignition key the security indicator led goes off. I have not try to tart the engine as yet.
I'm not exactly sure how the whole Transponder Key Coil/Amplifier thing works
Well this is where I am.

Any comments/ views /suggestions /guidance would he appreciated.
Kind regards

Perform either one of the following operations.
(1) Disconnect the battery negative (-) cable for more than 1 minute.
(2) Remove the EFI fuse from the engine room R/B located inside the engine compartment for more than 1 minute.
< CAUTION >
• When disconnecting the battery cable, perform the INITIALIZE procedure

Tks Roy. I basically made-up a new Power loom. Good news is that I managed to start the engine. What I'm interested in is to find out if it is possible to bypass the Key Amplifier + Key Transponder ECU. Getting the the Engine ECU to work without them.

If it runs why try to fix it? You could remove the ecu, send it away and have the immo removed. But then its in free running and anyone can take the car. Insurance void.
