usb not working on openbox x3 and skybox f5

if it aint working on 2 boxes its more than likely the usb stick mate. try formatting it in windows

skybox f5 is working now but the openbox x3 is not. Could it be usb circuit board on the openbox x3 and where can I get one from thanks
