I have yesterday this problem.

Reset ECU and program all new
Reset Immo and program all new
Reset BCM and program all new
Reset Dash and program all new

I have made some of this immos but on this and another i only can make immo working clear all ecu?s

This is a tray me have help.

and reprogram all modules and not program the key and I'm using an original carriage will have to program a new key or can us send me the file or ecu bcm 93c66 95020 TMS370_02 immobox..

Did you change some data (VIN) in modules?The my procedure is to reset ecu, immo, bcm,dash, than program all, check and delete all errors,than program keys.
If you have old keys opcom will after programming say wrong tp key,but after switch off and on everything should be ok.
If thats not the case,you probably need new transporder.
