Try read dump from immo box and progrmming keys from dump by hitag 3.1

programme by vag com or avdi, etc you need a new key 7943 for proxy and precode with avdi then obd with pin code

Are you sure that is possible with AVDI? From where it get CS? I think there is kessy like in Phateon, Touareg 2004-2011 and A8 2003-2011 not BCM like in Audi A5.
