Delphi TRW DDCR 29F200BB Boot Writting ?

Hello Guys.

Has anyone the solution to write these Renault Clio / Kangoo Delphi DDCR units in boot mode?

I made a unit by removing the flash and writting in Dataman, I could read the flash in boot and this matches 100% with chip removed read.

I removed the flash because I could not write in boot, the problem appears to be the flash is not erasing.
I'm wonering without looking yet if there is a hardware write protect on the flash for example?

Any ideas welcome.

Sorry if is later this comments, but I think the problemm maybe this protection that you said, becouse y have a similar problemm with a DDCR ECU.

Perhaps to prove have to make the anthem why you get error, and another solution is to remove the protection of memory that can be done by the programmer, greetings.
