Yes, best way is to use Gimp to edit the images to the correct format GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program (http://www.gimp.org/)

1. Download your new image from LyngSat (132x99 size)
2. Start Gimp and click File/open 'Sample.bmp' file (SKYBOX_PICON_TOOL\bmp folder)
3. File/open your 'new image from LyngSat' you should now have 2 images displayed
4. 'New image form LyngSat' Box, click Select/All then click Edit/copy
5. 'Sample.bmp' Box, click Edit/Paste Into (sample pic should be replaced by new image)
6. 'Sample.box' Box, click File/Export As (ensure exporting as .bmp)
7. click 'Export' you will get a dialoge box displayed, you must click on the + for compatibility Options and then the tick box for 'do not write colour
space information' then click 'Export'
8. Open the Skybox picon edit tool and hopefully import your new image onto a channel.

I used this and epg am hoping they bring out a better image for the box as they both work fine but could make it more easier and better looking
